Far Cry 2 Arrives October 24 in Europe

Ubisoft Montreal's open-world shooter sequel Far Cry 2 (PC, PS3, 360) will hit European retailers on Friday, October 24, the company announced today.

The publisher has yet to specify an exact North American release date, though it has previously stated that the sequel to Crytek's Far Cry will arrive in North America this fall.

Ubisoft Confirms October 24th Release Date for Far Cry® 2 and Announces Collectors Editions Content

London, UK September 05, 2008 Today, Ubisoft announced that Far Cry® 2 will be released on October 24th throughout all EMEA territories on the 360™ video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Windows® PC.

I don't fancy FC2 for some reason.

Playing through Crysis atm, and it's not bad. Not brilliant mind, but good enough.

My m8 played Crysis on his projector screen at like 140" at a very high res to the max it looks fucking lovely! he's just got one of those new ATI cards worth £300+ notes!

As for FC2 it looks great Dave!!
