The Darkness II has been pushed back until 10th February 2012, publisher 2K Games has announced.

The comic book FPS sequel was originally meant to arrive in stores on 7th October 2011, but it seems developer Digital Extremes needs a little more time to get it all right.

Its Starbreeze-developed predecessor got a very respectable 8/10 over on Eurogamer back in 2007.

Well at least it gives me time to play the first game I have had for over 3 years
